Modulir provides a tool that allows software engineers to break down complex development tasks and estimate the time required for these tasks. Users can upload a set of historic task datasets or choose from existing ones provided by the Service.
- To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
- Users may upload historic task data sets to the Service. By uploading such data, you grant the Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display the data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
- You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish and use the data you submit.
- The Service will not be responsible for the loss, deletion, failure to store, or misdelivery of any user content or other data submitted to the Service.
- All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of the Service and its licensors.
- These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service, the Service’s trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features.
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
- These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms of Service are effective as of 1st March, 2024 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
